Food safety notice: Expiry date estimates provided by Receipy are approximations based on general food science guidelines. They are not a substitute for your own judgment or official labeling. Always inspect food before consuming. Receipy is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from consuming food based on our suggestions.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@receipy.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you or we may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
